The Levitate ability object of power doesn’t land in the game until fairly late on. However, it’s well worth the wait with epic mechanics and a really slick way to fly around the building. Unlike the side missions that you need to do to get the other unavailable abilities, Levitate comes during a main story mission. It’s the fifth in the game and while it’s fairly easy enough to get through, there’s a really tough boss fight with Salvador to take on before then.
